Introduction to Tower Mat - 4 Pack
This supportive, beginner friendly class introduces participants to the fundamentals of Tower Mat Pilates. The focus is on building a strong foundation through controlled movement, proper alignment, breathing, and core engagement. Exercises are designed to improve strength, stability, flexibility, and overall body awareness in a welcoming and accessible environment.
Light use of MELT foam rollers will be incorporated at the beginning of class to help participants release tension and prepare their bodies for movement. This gentle preparation supports ease of motion and helps clients feel more comfortable as they learn Pilates techniques, while keeping the primary focus on Pilates instruction.
Each 70-minute class allows time for preparation and a full foundational Tower Mat Pilates session. Participants must be able to get on and off the mat, with modifications available for all body types and experience levels.
Cost: $80 per member
